The frequency of the updates depends on your requirements as well as the method used to first translate your site.
If you sent us an Excel file with the content of your site extracted from your database, the easiest way to update is to send us a new file with all the content. Our CAT Tools will populate automatically the content that was already translated before and we’ll translate only the new sections.
If you preferred a more manual approach and asked us to copy/paste each page to be translated, the most efficient approach is to send us the updates as they are created in the original version. We’ll translate them and upload them to your CMS.
No matter which approach is used, we’ll make sure to be consistent with the changes applied before and each regional project manager will carefully study the log of changes to make sure we are consistent.
